Contest Entry Conditions

§1 General

Participating in the contest is only possible if these conditions of participation are observed. The contest is organised by Lemonaid Beverages GmbH. Participation in the contest is independent of the purchase of a product or service. The contest is not supported by Facebook and has no connection to Facebook.

§ 2 Conditions for participation

The contest starts at 12:00 am on the first day of the campaign period and ends at 11:59 pm on the last day of the campaign period. In order to participate, the participant must take the action required in the contest within the specified campaign period. All natural persons and persons of legal capacity at least 18 years of age who are permanently resident in Germany are eligible to participate. Organiser employees are excluded from participation. By participating, participants agree that, in the event of a win, their name (first and last name) will be published in a post on the platform on which the contest was advertised. The post will be deleted two weeks after the end of the contest. Participation is only possible within the period stated in the contest description. Legal recourse is expressly excluded. The organiser is entitled to exclude participants from the contest if there is an important reason, e.g. in case of manipulation or disruption of the course of the contest or in case of violation of these conditions of participation. A claim that the contest be carried out or a claim for participation in it is excluded.

§ 3 Prize award

The prize will be awarded as announced in the contest. If there are several correct entries or posts, the winners will be determined at random. Legal recourse is excluded, a change, transfer or cash payment of the prize is not possible.  We will notify the winner on the platform on which the contest takes place via a comment or direct private message, or as described in the contest. The winners will be asked to reply within the period of time we specify, stating their full name, a valid address in Germany and acceptance of these participation conditions again so the prize can be sent. If the winner does not respond within the time limit we set in the prize announcement, or if there is no information as to where to send the prize, the claim to the prize expires. The organiser can put the prize up again, excluding the previous winner. 

§ 4. Data protection

In order to be able to participate in a contest, it is essential to provide your first and last name, a valid address in Germany, as well as a valid email address. By participating in the contest, the participant agrees that the organiser stores the first and last names as well as the recipient address for the duration of the contest and transmits it to the respective prize sponsor for the purpose of carrying out and processing the contest. The first and last names, the recipient address and the email address für the duration of the contest may also be stored. The use of the data of the participants by the organiser and/or the prize sponsor takes place exclusively at for carrying out and running the contest.  Use for other promotional purposes is excluded, unless the participant has consented to such use on registration for participation. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the contest. However, any comments on Facebook are still publicly available. Participants are entitled to statutory rights of information, modification and revocation, which can be addressed to info@lemonaid.de at any time. If a participant withdraws his/her consent to the storage and use of personal data, he/she thereby withdraws from participation in the contest. In this case, the personal data will be deleted before the expiry of the aforementioned period.
